Awareness in how you interact with others in team and leadership settings. Exploration of how you communicate and how you can use empathy to articulate your understanding of other’s feelings and perceptions.
SLAYING YOUR FEARS
Looking at where fear comes from, how it can be of service or hinder your progress, how to break the model of fear, and understanding what to do once you have.
POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE
Reflecting on the PERMA model of happiness and exploring what positive intelligence is and how it can impact you.
POWER OF STORY
Learning how to look at your own life’s stories through the PERMA model, rewriting your narratives to better focus on the virtues in your life.
FLOW
Learn what it means to be in flow, how it impacts you psychologically and how to recognize flow opportunities.
BURNOUT
Develop awareness for signs of burnout, how to recognize them, how to do regular check-ins, as well as the impact burnout has on your life.
BUILDING RESILIENCY
